Who we are
Authority Marketing (“we”, “us”) is a boutique strategy and marketing implementation company. We build marketing strategies, brands, funnels, ad campaigns and reporting systems for business clients. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how it is protected, and how you can have it deleted.
Our service is provided through this website and an authenticated client portal. This policy applies to data collected through https://strategy-system-sales.lovable.app/ and any custom domain that serves the same application.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry or complete client onboarding we collect: your name, business name, email address, website, industry, monthly revenue range, the marketing channels you use, the marketing problems you describe, your service interest and your goals. During onboarding and strategy work we may also collect business facts you choose to share: products, pricing, offers, target customers, brand preferences and existing marketing assets.
Content we generate for you. Strategies, audits, ad copy, creative briefs, landing pages and campaign proposals we produce as part of delivering the service.
Usage and technical data. Basic analytics about page views and form submissions on pages we host, plus UTM parameters (source, medium, campaign, content) preserved with enquiries so we can attribute where interest came from.
Meta / Facebook data access and use
To build, launch and manage advertising on your behalf, we may request your permission to connect your Meta (Facebook) account through Meta’s official Login and Marketing APIs. Depending on the permissions you approve, this can include: your Meta business profile name and email, the businesses and ad accounts you grant access to, campaign structure (campaigns, ad sets, ads), creatives, budgets and delivery/performance insights.
We use this Meta data only to provide the marketing and ad-management service you asked for — connecting your account, proposing campaigns, launching campaigns you explicitly approve, managing budgets and reporting results. We do not sell your Meta data, share it with third parties for their own purposes, use it to advertise our own unrelated services to your audience, or use it for any purpose incompatible with the service.
We only request the permissions needed for the service. You can revoke access at any time in your Facebook settings under “Business integrations”, or by contacting us. After a campaign is paused or the engagement ends, we stop making changes to your Meta assets and retain only the records needed for reporting and dispute resolution, as described under Data retention.
How we use your information
- Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals, audits and strategies.
- Deliver the marketing builds, campaigns and reporting you approve.
- Operate your client portal account and authenticate you securely.
- Track which marketing channels bring enquiries, so we can report honestly.
- Meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution obligations.
We do not sell your personal or business data.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers needed to run the service: our application hosting and database provider, Meta (for advertising you approve), and analytics providers. These providers process data on our instructions. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Storage, security and retention
Your data is stored in an access-controlled cloud database served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes. Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest and are only ever used server-side — they are never exposed to the browser. Access to client data is limited to you (for your own data) and authorised Authority Marketing personnel.
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can continue reporting, honour warranties and resolve disputes. You can request deletion at any time as described below, and we will delete what we are not legally required to keep.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion of your data at any time. To do so, email lacey@laceyrochelle.com with the subject line “Data request”. Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify you.
For deletion requests, we will remove your account, profile, enquiries, generated assets and stored Meta tokens from our systems within 30 days. We will confirm in writing when this is complete. If you also want us to stop holding insights data pulled from your ad accounts, say so in the same email. You can also disconnect Authority Marketing from your Facebook account directly at any time via Facebook settings → Business integrations.
