Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your data from Authority Marketing at any time. There is no fee and you do not need to give a reason. Choose whichever option below suits you.

Delete your account and data (email request)
Email lacey@laceyrochelle.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”, using the email address on your Authority Marketing account. We will verify the request, delete your account, profile, enquiries, generated assets and stored Meta tokens within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

Remove Authority Marketing's access to your Facebook/Meta account
In Facebook: open Settings & privacy → Settings → Security and login → Business integrations, find Authority Marketing, and click Remove. This revokes our tokens immediately, so we can no longer read or manage your ad accounts. Any campaigns we created for you stay in your Meta Ads Manager and remain fully under your control.

Delete data Meta shares with us (Meta app users)
If you signed into Authority Marketing through Facebook, you can also ask Meta to delete what it shared with us: in Facebook go to Settings → Apps and websites, select Authority Marketing, and choose Delete. Requests made this way are forwarded to us and we delete the corresponding records within 30 days.

What we keep after deletion
We keep only what law, tax or fraud-prevention obligations require, plus minimal records of the deletion request itself. Marketing content we published for you (such as hosted landing pages) is unpublished and deleted on request; tell us in your email if you want those removed too.
